As soon as your order is placed, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email from us. You'll get a second email with tracking information once your package ships (usually within 1–3 business days).

If you catch a mistake, contact us right away at brittany@sorellememphis.com — we can update the address as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's left our hands, we're unable to make changes or take responsibility for packages sent to an incorrect address, so please double-check at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then delivered in 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Local pickup in Collierville is usually ready within 2–4 hours during business hours (Monday–Saturday). Orders over $150 ship free; otherwise a flat $8 shipping fee applies.
