14-Day Return Window
All eligible returns must be processed within 14 days of the original purchase date (for in-store purchases) or 14 days from the delivery date (for online Shopify orders).
How to Return or Exchange Your Item
We make returning items easy across both our online and physical channels:
  • In-Store Exchanges: Bring your items directly to our brick-and-mortar storefront for an immediate exchange or store credit.
  • Online Shopify Returns: Contact our customer service team at brittany@sorellememphis.com to initiate an online return for digital store credit. Or request return via your order confirmation email.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is strictly responsible for all return shipping costs and fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be credited toward your exchange or store credit balance. Return Eligibility and Criteria
To qualify for an exchange or a Shopify store credit gift card, all items must meet the following conditions:
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your original store receipt, gift receipt, or online Shopify order number.
  • Unworn Condition: Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains or odors.
