• In-Store Exchanges: Bring your items directly to our brick-and-mortar storefront for an immediate exchange or store credit.

• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is strictly responsible for all return shipping costs and fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be credited toward your exchange or store credit balance. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Return Eligibility and Criteria To qualify for an exchange or a Shopify store credit gift card, all items must meet the following conditions:

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide your original store receipt, gift receipt, or online Shopify order number.
• Unworn Condition: Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains or odors.
• Tags Attached: All original product tags, labels, and packaging must be securely attached.

Strict Final Sale Exclusions The following items are completely excluded from returns, exchanges, or store credit:

• Jewelry: All jewelry purchases are strictly FINAL SALE due to hygiene and safety standards.
• Sale Items: All items purchased on sale, clearance, or during promotional events are FINAL SALE.

• High-Volume Delays: During peak holiday seasons or major promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days.
